GAMB has played regularly at Colorado venues such as Appaloosa Bar and Grill, Local 46, Lola, St. Julien Hotel, and Lot 46. The band includes Medicine on harmonica/vocals, Adam Bartczak on trombone/conch shell, Matt Skellenger on bass, and Zach West on drums. The members have played in diverse musical settings around Colorado for many years, including extended projects with renowned Colorado artists Ron Miles, Askimbo, Yo, Flaco!, and Beats Noir.

    Remy Le Boeuf

    Remy Le Boeuf is a 4x Grammy-nominated composer and saxophonist whose music is rooted in the jazz tradition and overlaps into contemporary classical and indie-rock realms. Le Boeuf is also the founder of the jazz orchestra, Assembly of Shadows, and the Chief Conductor of the Nordkraft Big Band. He has worked with a range of collaborators including the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, Linda Oh, Dayna Stephens, Haim, Knower, JACK Quartet, and his twin brother Pascal, with whom he co-leads the experimental quintet, Le Boeuf Brothers.

    “A masterful ballad interpreter” (NYC Jazz Record) and semi-finalist in the 2015 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Vocal Competition, Danielle Wertz is an award-winning artist on the rise. The New York City-based singer, composer and arranger weaves together elements of jazz, folk, and wordless vocal textures to create an intimate and personal musical world. Described as, "untarnished by the politics of music" (Jazz Music Archives) and "at home alongside more contemporary exponents of improvised singing […] drawing comparisons with innovators like Gian Slater, Norma Winstone, Sara Serpa and Theo Bleckmann" (LoudMouth, AU) Danielle has gained international acclaim.

    This energetic modern jazz quintet takes its name from the system by which it operates, allowing each member to contribute to its constantly expanding body of original compositions. Its members are in high demand on the Colorado music scene and have collaborated with many great artists from around the world. The Democracy was awarded a Pathways to Jazz grant to record its self-titled debut album, recently released its second album, "Second Term" and has been entertaining audiences in venues and festivals since its formation in 2016, constantly evolving with forward looking compositions and exciting interaction among its members.
